HELP STOP CHILD TRAFFICKING through pictures for a purpose//
Eastside Women of Purpose is raising money to fight child trafficking by offering child portrait sessions with some gifted, professional photographers from throughout the NW. (All participating photographers are donating their time and talent so that all proceeds can go directly to our cause.)

YOU CAN HELP. All proceeds will be used to pay for desperately needed educational and training resources to combat child trafficking throughout Southeast Asia. Take advantage of this opportunity to secure a lasting memory of your child while making a DIFFERENCE in the life of a child around the world.

Many on-campus, OCC Life Groups (“Institute” groups) begin next Sunday, September 13. Pick up a flyer with brief class descriptions at the Information Center brochure rack.

BIBLICAL COUNSELING TRAINING//
Learn how to help others using biblical principles that bring lasting change in people’s lives, marriages and families. This 10 week class meets at 7 pm each Tuesday starting September 15. The $35 fee includes text book and materials. E-mail or call Marilyn, 425.895.5923.

MOTHERS OF PRESCHOOLERS (MOPS)//
If you’re the mom of a child (or children!) kindergarten age and younger, join us for our first, fall 2009 MOPS meeting, Tuesday, September 22 from 9:15 am - 11:30 am in OCC’s Chapel. Learn more online.

KIDS WORSHIP TEAM OPEN REHEARSAL//

Attend OCC’s pre-marriage class (required for couples being married at OCC or by an OCC pastor). $150 per couple for OCC members/$175 for non-members. NEW COFFEE CART MINISTRY//
This fall, we'll be refocusing OCC's coffee cart to more directly support OCC ministries and are now looking for people to fill these volunteer roles for a few hours a week:

Full-time live-in House Manager at Overlake's Special Delivery ministry to unwed moms.
