The purpose of Overlake Christian Preschool is to provide quality
early childhood
education, loving care and enriching experiences
in a warm, Christ-centered environment. We
believe each child is created by God as a
special, unique person. We recognize that the development of the child is an individual process. We offer a stimulating and
encouraging learning environment where each child can experience success. Individual and small group activities are provided daily.
Our staff consists of trained and qualified
teachers and assistant
teachers who have knowledge and experience in the field of early childhood education.
Our program emphasizes an educational
experience that acknowledges the unique abilities
of each student and provides an environment that maximizes their growth. Our goal is the development of each child, socially, physically, intellectually and spiritually. Communication, self-expression, creativity and growth of a positive self-image are fostered by providing a well-rounded,
age-appropriate learning environment
for each child.
Our teachers guide the children as they
explore, observe, discover, manipulate, express
and experiment. We use a hands-on, theme-based
curriculum that integrates arts and academics.
Letter recognition, phonics, writing skills, math concepts and an awareness of science and
creation, while introduced at the preschool
level, are primarily taught in Kindergarten.
Along with this  application,
please attach a check for $125. Once your child has been accepted and we send you a confirmation letter, this fee becomes non-refundable. You may register more than one child in your family under this single application fee.
Tuition
Annual tuition is paid in one of the following ways:
- FULL YEAR paid by first day of school will recieve 5% discount.
- 20% of annual tuition due by first day of school with the balance paid in eight equal payments October through May.
Families enrolling more than one child will receive a 10% discount for the younger child.
If a child must be withdrawn, a 30-day written notice must be given.
Payments are due on the 1st of the month. A late charge of $20 will be assessed on any delinquent payment.
