1. Adopt-A-School: It's our goal to form TEAMS to serve at every under-resourced school in our immediate area. Just a handful of people who can give 1-2 hours a week to serve a teacher in her classroom or be a "Lunch Buddy" with a kid in need will make a HUGE impact. Contact servetheworld@occ.org.
2. Home Team: Partnering with the cities of Redmond, Woodinville and Bothell we want to send TEAMS to homes of elderly, disabled, and others in need on a monthly basis to help with landscaping and other basic repairs. Contact servetheworld@occ.org.
3. Choose a Cause: Orphan Care, Human Trafficking, HIV/AIDS and participate in the local efforts to impact these issues. Contact servetheworld@occ.org.
4. Elderly/Shut-in Ministry: Needing individuals to visit or check in on seniors from OCC who are no longer mobile. Share a smile and conversation on a monthly or so basis. To get started contact Dale Snyder, Seniors Pastor at Dales@occ.org.
5. Homeless Ministry: Serve the needs of homeless in our community and Seattle through our OCC Open Hands Ministry Team while sharing the love of Jesus with them. Contact Zelda at ztstar@comcast.net.
6. At-Risk Youth: Buy a gift this season for children in at risk families. Opportunities to help with sorting and delivering on December 18th. OCC works with Angel Tree Ministries of Eagle Outreach to reach out children and their caretakers during the holidays and beyond. Contact servetheworld@occ.org.
